I am the VP of Finance and Operations here at Cortex. Our process prior to working with Tabs was incredibly tedious and very manual, so it required a lot of human intervention. A lot of mistakes were happening and it just really wasn't scalable. We can quickly send reminders to customers if invoices are overdue, and ultimately it's resulted in a much quicker time to collection. Tabs has really improved our financial operations immensely. It allows us to work where we are natively working. A lot of our internal workflows happen in Slack, and Tabzz's AI agent has made it way easier to see upcoming invoices, match payments to customer invoices. Another part of the AI functionality that's been really amazing is cash forecasting. Tabzz gives us the ability to see expected payments from our customers based on their historical payment trends and feeding all of that into comprehensive overview of all of our collections has been really helpful from an FP&A perspective.
