Into the key commercial terms in items and pricing that inform billing and revenue in Tabs, we also parse out key terms that are relevant for the customer relationship. You'll see here we are pulling directly from the agreements a cancellation policy, purchase order number, and renewal clause, as well as other key terms in the relationship. We store the document down here in order to create a repository of all of the documents associated with this customer. This is a great place to understand the MSA, order form amendments, and other changes over time, as well as which ones are currently linked to billable items. Tabs will auto-revise the pricing, billable items, and even these terms based on the latest information across all of your documents. So that you can understand if renewal clauses or cancellation clauses have been updated, in addition to understanding land and expand agreements that change the commercial nature of the relationship. You can always edit these terms, but we give you an audit log so that you can understand who made these changes and when. Soon, Tabs will also build full workflows off of these renewal terms in order for you to have visibility across all of your customers with a queryable understanding of where you have auto-renew clauses, termination with notice, and other key elements that inform your business.
