Tabs extracts pricing and usage thresholds directly from contracts, then generates billing schedules that populate with actual quantities once usage data arrives. In one example, 13,835 usage calls generated subscription fees of just over $10,000.

Our platform pulls items and pricing directly from your contracts for any business model that you may offer, with no set price book or structured data mapping required. In this case, we've pulled the SaaS subscription pricing terms directly from the agreement itself, including these usage-based thresholds with different pricing per unit based on the volume. Tabs will pull out the period of the contract, net terms, and integrate back into your ERP at the SKU level to ensure that the invoice hits the right place in your GL. Tabs will build out a billing schedule for the entire life of the contract for any associated billing dates. These invoices are in draft state for $0 until usage data is pulled into the system in order to calculate them. But you'll see these invoices with past dates and quantities associated with the specific volume of usage events that Tabs was able to calculate based on imported data. In this case, with a quantity of 13,835 calls fitting into this price bucket, the SaaS subscription fees are a little bit over $10,000.
