In this brief commentary, the speaker warns that China may seek to infiltrate NATO allies such as Germany, posing a security risk to the United States. He emphasizes that U.S. allies should share core American values—particularly free speech and a willingness to defend those values—citing JD Vance’s strong statements as a call to align European partners with American democratic principles. The speaker questions whether European allies would instead defend Chinese values, urging them to be brought in line with U.S. expectations.

And people are afraid, and rightfully so, that China could cozy up to some of our NATO allies like Germany, and you know what I'm saying, and work their way in the back door. And that is a possibility. That's why we got to be concerned. But that's also why JD Vance spoke so strongly, because our values have to align. Carl, what do we care about free speech in, in Europe? I tell you why we care. Those are allegedly our allies, and I know they are, okay? All right, I know they're our allies. They're our NATO allies. Shouldn't we share the same values? Some of the same values? I understand that America is the best country in the world. We've got the Bill of Rights, we got the Constitution. I get it. But shouldn't we share the same values with our allies? And I'll tell you why that's so important. If they're not willing to fight for the values that we share, What values are they willing to fight for? China's? This is why you got to get those fools in line. So kudos to JD Vance.
