This is a YouTube video titled "The Art of Exiting Conversations Gracefully!" featuring a monologue by Dmytro Rodenko recorded in April 2025. In this content, Dmytro Rodenko explains strategies for politely disengaging from conversations, focusing on recognizing when to shift attention to others without causing offense, and emphasizing the importance of concentrating efforts on key clients or target audiences.
So for example, you see that this person is not yours and you are not interested in talking so you are very pleased, you are very gentle so you just move your eyes and see another point and say oh, I see a friend, I see a colleague that I've recently that I'd like to meet. Thank you. And then you greet people. Then you say thank you, thank you for your time, thank you for your attention. Hope to see you soon. Thank you for a contact and you leave. So in, in this position you'll have a strong reason why you change the let's say the object of your attentions. Number one second, the person doesn't feel, let's say obsessed. The person is not, let's say disappointed with your behavior like thank you, bye bye etc. Well, it's not really good but it's possible. But you changed, let's say you saw somebody, there is a huge crowd of people you want to to, let's say chase this person, not to not know and you see that there is like a person that you might know etc. So that's why people feel that they are okay. They will change to another one and they'll find their fit. So that's why we should be concentrated. We should know our target audience and we should really distinguish our let's say focus from non focus. We should, let's say concentrate all our efforts, energy and tension on our key clients. We should work with them.
