A weekly ordering system pulls pricing from HEB, Sam's, Keith's, and Chef's Warehouse into one place and recommends the cheapest vendor for each product. It cuts order entry time to about ten minutes a week.

Even after I turn that on, I'm still going to monitor it and check it. Definitely, after it goes. But right now it takes me about 10 minutes to put in our orders for the week because everything is right there organized. It matches exactly what our order guide says. So that's pretty— that's pretty streamlined. It's sorting where I should order it from, whether I should order it from. We have certain products that carry over between, like, HEB's our grocery store here, Sam's, Keith's, Chef's Warehouse. It's pulling pricing. It gives me the order guide of exactly which one it needs to be ordered from that week based on where the price point is. Oh, very cool. For each location, or the quantity that we actually need.

If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
