A new task app replaces paper checklists and spreadsheets by tracking time between tasks and using your phone's camera to verify you're doing work correctly. It compares photos of your setup against reference images to give instant compliance feedback.
Now instead of you going through a paper checklist or pulling up a Google Sheet that has— that they checked everything off, we created an app internally after we had our stuff pretty tight that it'll tell you how long it is between tasks. It randomly makes them take pictures. Right. It reads those pictures. Now we've loaded in there the pictures of how it's supposed to be set up, so when they take that picture, it compares it to the right way, and then it'll tell you if it was done correctly or not.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
