This is a YouTube video titled "What is a breast lift" containing an informative explanation about mastopexy (breast lift) procedures, including reasons for the surgery, what it entails, and recovery times. The content is presented by a single speaker providing medical or cosmetic surgery information.
So breast lift is otherwise known as a mastopexy, and this is done for women who have lost volume in their breasts or lost some weight, and this often happens after having children. The point of a mastopexy or breast lift is to raise the breasts and reposition the nipples to a higher position. Sometimes mastopexy is done with a breast augmentation, and so a lift and augmentation can be done at the same time. A breast lift alone takes about an hour and a half to two hours to perform, and most women are back to activities by around three to five days and return to exercise between two and three weeks after surgery.
