Good evening. About six days after my platelet gel injection to my left knee, I had very little pain from the beginning. I began to notice a significant decrease in stiffness by about day two. By day four, I was able to do some light exercise with very minimal discomfort and certain doing my typical yoga routines. And then now to day six and very little pain. At this point I would say I'm quite a bit better than I was before I got my injection. And as you can see, I can even sit in a cross legged position without discomfort.
