The idea is that we move at the same time as we clear our minds. We know that exercise is critical, right? We know that the mind and the body are all connected. Obviously, in America, we've become so disconnected. Western culture, we've become so disconnected from our spirit, from how our bodies should be and should feel. I mean, it has to do with processed foods. It has to do with our stress level. It has to do with the amount of input that we have from our devices. It has to do with how we sleep. And so when we really want to get healthy, we need to start making that mind, body, spirit connection. And in tantra and in a lot of these philosophies, the idea is that we move at the same time as we clear our minds. We do moving meditations. We're exercising at the same time as we do in meditation. It's very healthy.
