Short YouTube video (March 7, 2025) by Dr. Joshua John-Ram Schacter announcing the FDA removed the cardiovascular-risk warning from testosterone products, while retaining a limited warning about increased blood pressure for certain products. The speaker frames this as reassurance for men and women using testosterone for hypogonadism and invites viewers to contact Pinnacle Integrative Orthopedics for evaluation or treatment.

Great news today from the fda. They have decided to remove the warning on all of the box testosterone products, warning against risk of cardiovascular disease and increased risk of cardiovascular incident that is coming for all testosterone products or testosterone containing products. Now, they are changing a little bit. They're still leaving a slight warning for risk of increased blood pressure on certain testosterone products. But for the vast majority of people on testosterone, men and women, we now have the confirmation from the FDA that it does not cause an increased risk of cardiovascular disease by itself. This is wonderful news, especially for men and women who are using testosterone as a supplement for hypogonadism, meaning their body doesn't produce enough anymore. And so if you want to talk to your doctor or talk to us about getting started on some testosterone or seeing if you need some, give us a call here at Pinnacle Integrative Orthopedics. We'd love to hear from you.
