The gut has been shown to be about 70% of our immune system.
Your gut has a lot to do with how your joints feel. An unhealthy gut can cause inflammation and makes your joint pain and stiffness worse. So we really want to optimize your gut for a number of reasons. One, we want to reduce the amount of inflammation that's caused when your gut is not working right. We want to improve the amount of nutrients that you get in so that you can heal your joint pain and and we want to control that inflammation. The gut has been shown to be about 70% of our immune system. So a lot of us who have Crohn's disease or irritable bowel syndrome or, you know, lupus rheumatoid arthritis, I see these people over and over and we balance their gut and we work with them with the Pinnacle method and it doesn't cure their disease but they have so much less pain and so much better for them. It's amazing to watch.
