David describes his hesitation before a medical procedure, worried about cost and trying something new. His wife reminded him of his own philosophy: fix the problem, don't patch it. He went ahead and calls the results fantastic.
I was feeling really good, you know, I visited with you.
What kind of concerns did you have prior to the procedure? You talked to me earlier. He said that, you know, you signed up for the package. The package is not cheap, but it's extremely effective. Tell me about your feelings the next day.
Yeah, so that day I was feeling really good, you know, I visited with you, and, yeah, this is what we need to do. And then as the day went on and as we do as humans, I started thinking, oh, man, that's a lot of money, you know, and this is new stuff, and is this really going to work and all those kind of things you go through. And here I am doing the.
This crazy stuff.
This crazy stuff.
Yeah, exactly.
But anyway, my wife, she said, look, in your career as a superintendent, you don't patch things, you fix them, you know? And so this is just your philosophy in life, and we just need to do this. And so we did, and it's been fantastic, wonderful.
