All right. So this is also a procedure that we do in the office with patients awake. We can give light sedation with an Ativan or Versed or a little, you know, Xanax, but most of the time patients are awake and alert. The only difference is we do a lot more local anesthetic when you're awake so that you still don't feel anything. But this particular patient elected to come here to be sedated for his procedure today. So first thing I'm going to start with, though, is locating the spot. And then we're going to still numb up the bone so that he has a little better pain control later in the day. There we go. All right. And I'm just confirming that I'm on the bone. And then now I'm going to anesthetize the periosteum or the layer around the bone. And this is something that we do very much a lot of in the office again, to help make sure patients have good pain control.
