I would never treat a patient as just a number. So many people come to their doctor and they feel like they're cattle. They're just getting run through this doctor's office. It's especially a problem in specialty care because a lot of times in orthopedic surgery, we'll see 50 patients a day. Now here at Pinnacle, we maybe see 10 or 15 patients a day. And that's because we want to spend the time with each patient to get to know them, to understand deeply what's going on in their lives and what's going on in their metabolism, so we can help them with their joint pain in a lot of different ways.
