All right, let's do. Let's do some squats. Let's just squat down for me.
Oh, no, that's. That's always been hard for me.
You got it. You got it. Okay, everybody. Well, I wanted to do this one standing up. Okay, my friend? Well, I've got Johnny Williams here. Johnny had prp in which knee?
In my right knee.
In your right knee. And it was in December, correct? We did that December. What was the exact date that we did your.
I want to say about the 12, 13. Somewhere along.
Cool. And, Johnny, would you mind giving us your age?
I'm 57 years old.
57 years old. So pretty active guy.
Yes.
Get around a lot. And. And so what was life like before we did your PRP treatment? What were you. What were you challenged with?
Oh, man, it's. It was painful. Not able to do any activities without pain. Yeah.
So it affected all of your activities a day?
Exactly, yes.
Gotcha. And what finally triggered you to come in and talk to us here at Pinnacle?
You've replaced my left knee. And I wanted to come back and see you again, possibly for surgery, but we sat down and talked and gave me some other options, this stem cell, and we decided to go that route.
And it's a viable alternative. I mean, the amount of relief that we can get is real. So I think it's amazing. What kind of concerns did you have before we did your procedure?
Downtime? Was I going to be able to come back and participate in sports, things like that? Quality of life type things?
Yeah. And. And what was the procedure like for you? What was the experience here at Pango?
Simple. Very simple. No pain.
You know, it was a little at first, a little nervous about it, but then, you know, as we got in here and started doing things. Things. You ease my nerves.
Fantastic. Fantastic. And what kind of downtime did you have after the procedure? You know, did. When did you get back to your normal activities or work?
Immediately. I went right back to work. And basically going to the gym now. Not actually doing heavy but light stuff. Pain free.
So you're completely pain free at this point?
Yes.
Fantastic. So then that goes to my next question. So what's life like now? What have you been able to do that you couldn't do in the past? So you mentioned working out when we were just doing some squats.
Yes, sir.
So what. What can you do now?
I can actually take long walks with my wife. We did a walk the other day, my wife and I, and just activities, going up and down steps, you know, that's not as painful. Not painful at all, I should say. And I'm starting to actually shoot around on the basketball court.
I love that. So getting back to those activities that really give you joy.
Yes, sir.
And that's why we do this stuff. That's. That's the whole point is we want to give you that joy back without taking so much of your time with a big surgery. And so what's. What would you tell somebody who's considering Pinnacle Integrative Orthopedics and Sports Medicine and our biologics programs, what would you. What would you say to them?
I would tell you, come in, talk to Dr. Shagner. Get involved. Get it. Get it done. I'm telling you, it's. It's wonderful. It works. I recommend it. Highly recommend.
Cool. Anything else you want to say?
I'm looking forward to see what. What happens after the second shot. All right.
Yeah. That's amazing. All right, so which knee do we do? Let's just get in there. Do some high knees for me. There you go. This guy's incredible. Thank you, my friend.
