Welcome to Pinnacle Integrated Orthopedics. My name is Melissa. Everybody around here calls me Mimi. If you're coming in for an appointment, what we'll need from you is your insurance card and a driver's license or picture ID. If you have X rays or MRIs, we'll need those on a disc. We'll have a few papers for you to sign, and then we'll get you in to see the providers just as quickly as we can.
