I'm an orthopedic surgeon and you should not get surgery. Sometimes surgery is the only option. For instance, if you have very severe arthritis, then surgery may very well be a life saving option for you. But there are so many options for us before we need to go under the knife. If you haven't thought about stem cell PRP regenerative therapies, or if you haven't even looked at the way that your diet can impact your joint pain, then I urge you hold off on that surgery and do some more research.
