To me to put somebody on a medicine or to do a surgery that's going to place them at increased risk when there's very limited effect of the medicine, it's a terrible travesty and we are really seeing that in traditional medicine now. Now not every single osteoporosis medicine is so horrible but a lot of them I think are really wrong headed and the way that we treat osteoporosis in this country has been very wrong headed. Oh hey, you don't want to do weight bearing exercise, it's going to cause your drugs to generate more. Well, I have learned through my process, you know, through my coming into this space and being much more interested in taking good care of my patients how important these things are critically important.
