All right, so update on our PRP journey. As you know, we're going to Nepal this week, so we're doing a fly parabliders out there. So part of the reason why we did a PRP injection on Monday of last week is to be ready to do that. My knee's feeling great. I did the overdue a little bit this weekend. We did the walk of the doc, walked two miles and then did a big workout on Sunday. So I was a little sore Monday. We decided because of the jet lag situation and I want to be at my best. We're going to add an IV infusion therapy. So here at Pinnacle, we offer several different types of IV infusion. Therapies. Today we're giving me a B complex vitamin, I believe therapy. There's 12 ingredients in this one. There's immunoactivators, so things to help protect against viral infection. We have some substances in here that help with exercise tolerance. And then of course, the fluids themselves and the B vitamins really help to combat Jet lab. The whole process where we start the IV and get going is about 45 minutes to an hour. So be looking to invest a little bit of time if you decide to do this with us. Looking forward to talking to you about your joint panel.
