This is a YouTube video titled "Do You Know A People Pleaser? #shorts" created on August 17, 2023. The content features a single speaker discussing the challenges people pleasers face with setting boundaries, the role of anxiety, and the importance of creating emotionally safe relationships to reduce people pleasing behavior.

For those of us who are very high people pleasers, boundaries are gonna be really hard because all you worry about is what will they think, what will they do, what will happen after I say this? Anxiety really gets in the way of you being able to set a boundary. When you have safe relationships, it's much easier. Each of us, we have the opportunity to help someone feel emotionally safe and comfortable bringing up issues, talking through things just by thinking about the way we respond when things come up. That's a wonderful way to create an environment where people actually feel comfortable and you're minimizing some people pleasing.
