Even when I'm teaching my students, I sometimes I will just ask them randomly, hey, can you tell me what your five core values are? And almost, I don't know, there are very few people in the world that can actually tell you that off the top of your head. And I always say that that's an indicator that you're not living life intentionally. You're only reacting, you know, And I feel like we live in this reactive world as opposed to reflective world.
