Hello my friends. I was asked the question, how do you manage gut anxiety and no appetite? And this is a really good question and one that I resonate with very personally. And so in this video I'm going to share my three tips that helped the most with Gut Anxiety Causing no Appetite Gut anxiety is one of the eight types of anxiety and it manifests in symptoms in your gut when whether it's appetite changes or gas or bloating or changes in your bowel movements, or even nausea and vomiting, gut anxiety is where your body is telling you that it needs support, in particular the gut. When my anxiety was at its worst, I had a lot of gut anxiety and no appetite. And here's what I learned. The first thing is to identify flavors that you could tolerate. Whether it's ice and sour or maybe something sugary and SW sweet, or maybe something that's just really neutral tasting. Whatever that is, create some sort of a juice or a smoothie that you can sip on throughout the day. It's easier for the gut when you have nausea and gut anxiety to get small amounts in. If you can, try to add a protein or grains powder to that. The second is carminative herbs. These herbs help with indigestion and nausea, like scutellaria, gentian and chamomile. The third solution is emdr. This has been Dr. Nicole, thanks for watching.
