Hey, babes. I am here to tell you about something amazing that I have been practicing. And it's called Zen tangles or Zen doodles. And it's really an amazingly exciting way to be in the moment, Achieve your Zen without having to be overly artistic, creative, or even talented when it comes to drawing. And it's something that anybody can do. I have a lot of examples of zentangles and Zen doodles, but I'm just going to show you, like, this really basic. I'm not an artist, so this just basic drawing that I did to kind of give you an instruction. So this is. It says zentangles and Zen doodles. And so what you're going to do is you just simply trace a shape, whether it's a rectangle or a square, a diamond or circle, whatever you want. There's no right or wrong answer. Then you're gonna do what's called a string. And a string is an outline of a shape. And so mine is kind of like this, like a here, and then I have this little bump down here. And so those are the big shapes that are in your zentangle or Zen doodle. And then you do smaller shapes on the inside. And so these are the kind of inside interior meat of your Zen doodles, Zentangles. And it can be anything you want. The super cool thing is that there's no right answers, and it could be amazingly beautiful or it could be amazingly chaotic, which is, I think, beautiful in and of itself. So reminders, there are no mistakes. You legit, don't plan it. You just sit down, just like, follow your marker, your pen, and again, there is no correct way to Zen tangle or Zen doodle. It's not very Zen to put those kinds of confinements on yourself. Right? Then don't use an eraser. Go with the flow. Go with the flow. Zen out, sister. So I would love to see examples of your zenning. In fact, I have been inspired by a dear friend of mine who zenned. And if you can see, let's see if I can line my finger up. Right there. Above my finger is an amazing Zen doodle that one of my friends gave me. And so I'm sitting here in my office looking at this beautiful display that I have. You see, I have lots of art coming from dear sweetie little kiddos. And so I wanted to tell you about zentangles and Zen doodles. And you can learn a ton of stuff just by getting on Google. And just Google Zentangle. One of their main sites is zentangle.com z e n t a n g l e.com I have no affiliation. I just love crafty ways to make things look pretty and to be in the Zen, in the mode and having fun. You can use like I did, this fun colored copy of paper. You can use white paper, you can even use that scratch paper because then you're super committed. But either way, I hope that you find lots of Zen, lots of peace, and I'll see you next time. Thanks.
