Bring Back Magic into Your Life

She describes personal stressors (moving, reopening an office), explains bilateral grounding techniques (tapping feet, hiking, left-right stimulation), and offers a free "three minute hack"—a quick strategy she has used with clients—to reduce that frazzled sensation (CTA: link in bio).

Foreign. I'm here with Paul and Shiva, and.
I just wanted to pop in just.
Really quickly to ask if anybody else is frazzled or if it's just me. And so if you're frazzled, if your.
Nervous system is feeling a little overwhelmed right now, then I wanted to share.
With you what I'm doing and what is really helping me and what you can do. And so the number one thing that I'm noticing that tells my body that I'm frazzled is that I'm getting these blips of like anxiety or stress in my chest. And it's like this jolt, this sudden jolt of anxiety. My brain isn't there. And so this actually differentiates between active anxiety and passive anxiety. And it's similar to active thoughts and passive thoughts.
So if you've ever had where you're thinking about something, you're analyzing it, but then in the background there's this whole other narrative going on, or if you've ever sung a song, but then other times there's a song kind of singing and playing in the background.
Right.
It's the same kind of phenomenon with anxiety. And so my nervous system right now is frazzled.
We just crossed the country.
We are opening our office back up. We're moving into an apartment, coordinating Shiva, and there's a lot of moving parts.
And so my nervous system is a little bit frazzled. And so right now, as you can see, I'm out on a hike and.
I'm exercising, and I'm moving my body.
Bilaterally, stimulating myself with my left right.
Tapping of my feet onto the ground.
But not all of us have the.
Luxury of being able to go out into nature and do a 45 minute hike.
And so I have a solution for.
You that I've created where it takes.
All of this data on active anxiety and passive anxiety. And I've created a solution that I've.
Been using for over a decade with my clients.
And I want to give it to you for free. I want you to have it for free. And it's called my three minute hack. And so what it actually does is it will teach you a strategy that you can use in three minutes to get rid of that frazzled, stressed sensation, to get to the root cause of why you're experiencing that so that that symptom doesn't have to happen anymore right.
Now or even later.
So if you're like me, if you've been feeling a little frazzled, if you're.
Feeling a little overwhelmed, and if your.
Body is just giving you these signals, that. Hey, you need to pay attention and.
Do something about it.
Check out my three minute hack. There's a link in the bio. And again, it's totally free. And I hope you really like it. And I will see your beautiful selves later. Take care. I'm gonna wave to my lovelies heart.
