Hi, My name is Dr. Nicole Caine and I'm here to talk with you about medication reduction. You can get off of your medications and down on your medications with safe and integrative methods. As you do this, there's a course that you might use that can help you have better results. Coordinate with your psychiatrist or your prescribing physician and then look at the information that's included. Sometimes with my patients, I found that too quick of a taper can make it more painful, more symptomatic, and can increase the risk of relapse. So following these tried and true methods are going to help you get the results that you want more quickly, more safely, and more gently. I provided a ton of information on my website here for you, but if you really want to dig into the nitty gritty details and get an exact plan of what a med taper might look like, we have a course on that and so go to our courses and you can click on that, download it, watch it at your convenience. I'm so excited to be a part of your journey. And if you have any questions or if you'd like to learn more, click around on our website. And to contact us, you can click on the Contact tab at the bottom or at the top of the website. I'm Dr. Nicole Cain. You can learn more about me and my practice by going to www.drnicolecane.com and clicking on the about tab. Thank you so much and we'll talk to you soon.
