My Journey to Holistic Medicine

Hey, Dr. Cain, some of the people have been asking about your training and how you became a holistic mental health expert.

I started out in my undergrad studying psychobiology, which is a science where we're looking at the relationship between your brain and your body. I went on and got a master's degree in clinical psychology, counseling specialization. And then while I was there, I discovered integrative medicine and went to the medical school in Tempe, Arizona. And in medical school, we looked at all of the science behind mental health, physical health, and then I did postgraduate naturopathic training, herbalism, acupuncture, lifestyle habits, Ayurveda, and then the past decade plus, I've been working with clients.
