Did you know that there are eight types of anxiety and one of them is called thought anxiety. Thought anxiety is anxiety that manifests in your thoughts, whether they're obsessive thoughts, intrusive thoughts, repetitive thoughts, or maybe they're thoughts about specific things. The key feature of thought anxiety is that the anxiety is manifesting in how you think, the way you interpret events, the way you see things and the way that you cognate about it. And so thought anxiety can come up when you're trying to focus and you find that your thoughts are distracting. Thought anxiety can happen when you're trying to go to sleep at night and your brain is flooded by thoughts that just keep you awake. Thought anxiety could be obsessive and compulsive thoughts like what if this happens? Or what if that happened? Thought anxiety can be incredibly frustrating, but there are solutions that can make a huge difference. And in the Holistic Wellness Collective, I'm going to show you exactly how.
