Pink Noise for sleep? What the heck is that? Hi, I'm Dr. Nicole and I want to share with you my favorite solution for sleep. Sometimes sleeping can be really difficult. And if you're taking medications for sleep, or if you don't want to take medications but you're really struggling with sleep, there is a noise frequency that could be really helpful. It's called pink Noise. Pink noise is noise that's like ocean waves or the sound of rain, and that creates a noise from frequency that's actually been researched for its efficacy in promoting sleep. I'll put the article for the WebMD research on this topic in the link below, but if you're having a hard time sleeping, check out my Spotify channel, Dr. Nicole Cain, where I created a free playlist that you can play all night long to get an amazing night's sleep for free. Thanks for watching.
