Your results indicate that you're dealing with chest anxiety. You know that feeling of panic that shows up in your torso, your heart. You may feel your heart pounding or skipping beats, or maybe it's more related to the breath, where you feel like your lungs aren't bringing enough oxygen in. Or sometimes people will describe that they feel hollow or like there's a band around their chest or an elephant sitting on their chest. Oftentimes, chest anxiety can be mistaken for a heart attack. And a lot of ERs will have people be admitted thinking it's a heart attack, but it turns out it's just really severe chest anxiety or a panic attack. And so if you resonate with this, if you've had a really good workup, if you've seen the right doctors and you've been given a clean bill health, it might be that your symptoms are chest anxiety symptoms. And so the body is producing data what, when it goes into fight, flight, freeze, about what needs healing and how. And our job is to look at anxiety that starts in the chest or that shows up in the chest. And then we can leverage tools that actually improve balance and calm and personal power to your body so that you don't get chest anxiety. For example, I'll tell you a story is one time I drank way too much coffee and I was driving my car down the road and I felt my heart just start pounding and I was like, oh my goodness, am I having a panic attack? And it turns out it was too much coffee because I started feeling really jittery and my thoughts started to go kind of into the auctioneer thought anxiety type. And I was able to take that data and realize that I was over caffeinated and to know that there wasn't anything wrong with me, but my body was responding accordingly. I took a little bit of theanine, 200 milligrams and my body calmed down. And so I could use that information to empower me in knowing what needs healing, in knowing what's out of balance, and knowing exactly what to do about it.
