A clinician-hosted YouTube segment explaining “gut anxiety” — anxiety that presents as gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, reflux, vomiting, diarrhea, gas, bloating, appetite changes). The speaker links gut anxiety to gut–brain axis dysfunction (inflammation, dysbiosis, “leaky gut/brain”) and recommends starting a gut-healing protocol, physician evaluation, and joining the Holistic Wellness Collective for structured guidance. The piece emphasizes individualized treatment (herbs, detox, dietary change) and offers coaching support.

Foreign. Let's talk about gut anxiety. Gut anxiety is anxiety that shows up in your gastrointestinal tract, whether it's your upper gi, which can show up with symptoms of nausea, reflux, vomiting, or it can show up in your lower gastrointestinal tract with nausea, diarrhea, gas, bloating, changes in your appetite. And having an understanding of what gut anxiety is will equip to get to the root cause of why you're anxious and to select treatments that will actually get you the best results. Not only results that help you heal the symptoms, but actually help you heal the root cause imbalance. And inside of the Holistic Wellness Collective, I teach you a ton about gut anxiety, including all of the different causes of gut anxiety and different treatments. And some of them will be absolutely amazing, and some of them may not work best for you. It's all about finding what fits your whole story. So one thing that I do want you to know about gut anxiety is that it's incredibly common because your gut and your brain are very intimately connected. We call it leaky gut, leaky brain, because when there's inflammation in the gut or an imbalance in the bacteria in your gut, that could cause inflammation in the gut that can compromise that gut brain access, resulting in symptoms that we notice in our mood, our memory, our concentration. So gut anxiety refers not only to your symptoms, what you experience, but also it can point us in a direction of what needs healing. And that gut brain axis is huge. And so if you're in doubt on what to do if you have symptoms that show up in your gut is start with a gut healing protocol. Talk to your doctor about getting more information about if something's out of balance and if testing is warranted. And then for sure, get inside of the Holistic Wellness Collective, where I walk you through the steps of understanding gut anxiety, decoding it, and then creating your gut healing protocol, which may involve herbs, it may involve detoxification, it may result. Result in dietary changes. You'll just have to put it together as we get in there. And don't worry, you don't have to do it alone. Me and my team will be there to support you and provide education and encouragement every step of the way.
