Hello, this is Dr. Yvonne Oswald Oswald, the number 3 global NLP guru in the world, and we want to use a technique in NLP called Clear the Craving. And this is great if you're a life coach to prove that, uh, you, you're, it's all in your head. It's not actually necessarily in your taste buds. And also a great proof for you to find out how NLP works because we're going, we're going to redirect the neural pathway so that it Taste Different Lay's chips, the saltiest chips. These are the best ones to demo on because they're really salty, and these are my favorite actually. I'm a salt person, I'm definitely not a sugar person. So what we do is we take 2 chips first of all. You can have more if you want to while you're waiting. Now I've got my 2 chips here, and it's a fresh packet, so I'm going to take one of the chips, and eat it.
Mm, delicious.
My salt fingers. Love my salt cravings, they're great. What we're going to do then is swallow the chip, of course. Give me a minute. Okay, good. Then I'm going to close my eyes and find out where the craving for salt is in my body. So let me have a think. It's in the cheeks here, so the cheeks and the tongue. So that's where my salt craving is. Then I'm going to keep my eyes closed, so you can keep your eyes closed, and make that craving for salt a shape and a color. So my shape and color is going to be a square, yellow. And then I'm going to spin it either clockwise or anti-clockwise. So I'm going to go clockwise. Okay, so I now have that yellow square clockwise shape in my mouth. I'm going to focus on it, and then I'm going to pop that shape outside of my mouth and tip it upside down. So now it's going anti-clockwise, counterclockwise, and I'm going to make it a different shape in a different color. So I'm going to make it a blue circle. So I'm going to put that blue circle back into my cheeks and tongue here, and it's going anti-clockwise, remember. Lock it in, and then I'm going to take a fresh chip and try that and have a go at that one. Oh, that's really disgusting. It tastes like cardboard. Oh, and even, even the texture's different. Oh gosh, that's not pleasant at all. So great proof Have a go yourself and really enjoy having fun with NLP. It's one of the best things I ever discovered. It's like your magic genie in the lamp for changing your behaviors and everything you do. Bye for now.
