This is a YouTube video titled "How To Make Decisions /DrYvonne" (created 2025-11-19) featuring a solo instructional talk by Dr. Yvonne Oswald. She demonstrates three decision-making techniques — using a pendulum, applied kinesiology/muscle-testing with a thumb-and-finger pull, and a 1-to-10 rating method — and gives examples (timing travel, fertility, food/brand choices). The speaker presents practical how-to guidance and references her book Every Word Has Power for further details.

Hello, this is Dr. Yvonne Oswald Oswald Oswald. I'm here to teach you 3 different ways of making decisions today. The first one is with the pendulum. So you get a pendulum like this. I'm not— it's a nice heavy one, this. I like this one. And you put it over your middle finger and you just let it go go solidly stop, make it come to a stop first of all. And then you say, give me a yes. Going forwards and backwards. Give me a no. Wait a bit because it takes its time to make its little mind up. That's side to side is a no. Give me an I don't know. And it's going around in circles. It's the micro movements of your mind and your body and your muscles that make that happen. However, the reason I don't particularly like the pendulum is that I used to get I don't know more often than anything else. So I started using the 5 keys and kinesiology. So this is how you do applied kinesiology. Get your thumb and fingers like this and put them inside each other like a chain and then pull. When you pull it, say yes. When you pull it, when you say no, it splits apart really easily. So you say yes aloud and then pull and you'll find it's very strong, not easy to pull them apart at all. When you say no, it just comes apart immediately. Your body knows what's good for you. Your memory, muscle memory knows what's good for you and who is good for you. So you can say, "How good is this person for me? Is this person really good for me to make a partnership with?" Oh, mine was a no because I'm not very good at partnerships. I'm better by myself. Well, because I work for myself. How good is it for me to travel? So you can say, "Shall I travel in December?" Yes. Oh, interesting. I didn't expect to travel in December. Shall I travel in January? No. February? Yes. March? Yes. April? No. So a yes/no is very easy. You can do it for, is it good for me to have chicken today? So if I do chicken today, yes, it's good for me to have chicken today because I need protein, obviously. Is it good for me to have a beer today? No. So I won't have a beer today. So very interestingly, the 1 to 10 that I invented is way better because it gives you kind of graduations. And I actually use it quite often for, fertility. Because when people are getting pregnant, they want to make sure that, you know, if they're doing in vitro, they want to make sure they're fertile that month. So I'll say, you know, are you fertile in January? And we'll do 1 to 10. How fertile are you? Uh, January 2, February 3, March 10. So 10 is when you, when you do the fertility treatment, because then you know that you, you're going to get a good chance of a success. Uh, that's actually one of my main uses I use that for. The 1 to 10 is, uh, how good is it for me, or how likely is it for me to— so how good is it for me to get— change this job? Uh, 1 to 10 is a 6, so comfortable with it. How good is it for me to make more money? 10. How good is it for me to, um, go to England? Because I know I want to go to England to visit people, so I'm going to do the 1 to 10 on, on timing for England. So how good is it for me to go to England in November? 0. How good in December? 2. How good in January? 3. How good in February? 6. How good in March? 7. How good in, in April? 10. So it's end of March or April that I'll be going to England. So you can literally do it over all kinds of things, the 1 to 10. It's very useful. If it's 7 or above, the answer is yes. If it's 5 or below, the answer is no. So start using it with day-to-day things like, is it good for me to eat this pear today? Is it good for me to eat this bread today? Is it good for me to have a coffee this morning? You can go into the health food stores and hold onto the bottle of vitamins or nutrients to say, how good is this brand for me? That's really quite often very useful for that because you see all the different vitamins and minerals and you know you want one of them. And how good is this brand for me? Hold it in your left hand because that's your receiving hand. How good? And I'm thinking of, um, oh, there's a, there's a really good one on the market called Isuzu. How good is Isuzu for me? 1 to 10, it's a 10. How good is, uh, I'm thinking of another brand too. So you can easily decide which brand to use. Um, you know, how good is it for me to buy this apartment? How good is it for me to, um, have a residual income? How good is it for me to do this? 1 to 10, Very easy. The faster you do the 1 to 10, the better, because once you got into it, you'll find that the quicker the answer gets through your conscious mind, which has the little bridge there saying, with the little defense up there. When you, once you start doing it fast, your unconscious mind takes over and your unconscious mind is the one that knows everything that's happening about you, including everything that's good for you, muscle-wise, body-wise, and everything else. So enjoy those decision-making methods, have fun with them. If you have any questions, it's in my book, Every Word Has Power, and it's actually one of the first chapters is how to make decisions. So it's in my book, Every Word Has Power. Go ahead and buy it or get it online on Kindle, and I will talk to you soon. Bye for now.
