Hi AJ, how are you doing? Good, how are you? I'm good, thank you. So you've been watching today and you've heard that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis and that you're in and out of hypnosis every 20 seconds, right? Well, did you know you could be hypnotized with your eyes open? No. Yes, you can. Right, I'm going to show you how. So what I'd like you to do in a moment— not yet, but in a moment— I'm going to ask you to put your hands like this, right? So go ahead and put your hands like that. Okay, just elbows up a little bit, zip in a bit. Perfect. Excellent. And then put your fingers in a steeple like that. Cool. In a moment— not yet, but in a moment— I'm going to get either side of your fingers and I'm going to wind them together. They're going to be magnetized together. Okay, so keep your eye on that space, and I'd like you to open your fingers up like this. Cool. And now watch them as they come together. Watch them get smaller and smaller. Watch the space between those two fingers get smaller and smaller. That's right, smaller and smaller. Watch them kiss together. There you go. And you were just hypnotized with your eyes open. Oh my gosh, is that amazing? Yeah, good job. Alright, you can relax your hands now. You're so suggestible, it's great! It's fabulous! Awesome! Yep, that's good.
