Hello, this is Dr. Yvonne Oswald Oswald Oswald, and I'm here today to teach you how to release a negative emotion in less than a minute. Emotions are really easy to clear with neuro-linguistic programming, NLP, and frustration is one of the easiest ones to demonstrate because you're in and out of frustration daily. I guarantee you can find a time this week when you were frustrated. So to find the negative emotion in the physical body, because that's where we store them, you put your head down. And I'm going to think of a time when I was frustrated. Go ahead, think of a time that you were frustrated. Yep, I've got one. And it's— find where it is in the physical body. Mine's here, mine's here. So I'm going to make it a shape and a color. Make it a shape and a color. Just pick a shape, pick a color, it really doesn't matter. And then we're going to spin it clockwise or anti-clockwise. Mine's going clockwise. Keeping your eyes closed, you're going to then pop the shape and color out of your body, tip it upside down so now it's going the opposite way, and make it a different shape and color. And as you get that different shape and color and different way it's going around, pop it back into the body in the same place as before, lock it in. Flick your fingers and open your eyes, and I guarantee you cannot feel that frustration anymore. It's neutral. Isn't that amazing? Bye, see you soon.
