As you turn right, you come up to the Bologna restaurant on the corner here. Everybody knows the Bologna, so wherever you are, say Bologna restaurant, they'll bring you back home. Over the blue buildings there is Playa Alicia, which is the most beautiful beach. It's really quiet, it's got a restaurant at each end, really lovely, really lovely place. A little cafe on the corner and a convenience store next door. Hola! Hola! Everybody's super friendly here, it's so nice. Bologna Cafe, Bologna Restaurant there, Marriott over there. They've just built the Marriott. Beautiful place to live and to visit. Come and join us. Playa Alicia is one of the most beautiful beaches on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. Safer swimming, really lovely and quiet and select. We have Stephen's Restaurant there, which you can get Asian food and all kinds of other local foods. And over here, the Waterfront Restaurant, where you have live singing and dancing every Friday night. It's a great place to watch some wonderful sunsets. Playa Alicia, 5-minute walk from Sesua Beach. We're here at Sesua Beach, which is a lot longer than Playa Alicia, great for swimming and water sports. There's a barrier reef about a kilometer from the shore, and you can go out and snorkel there and do deep sea diving. At the back of the beach, there are restaurants for about a kilometer and a beautiful marketplace where you can buy all your souvenirs. And of course, the ever-present music. The Dominicans are super friendly. They'll say hello to you whenever you're around. This is the end of the marketplace and the beginning of the restaurants. Hey! Hola! Great food, great company, lots to do. So Sua Beach is about a 7-minute walk from the apartments. You come through the marketplace, past the casino, and you can eat and drink here, usually till about midnight or later. Fabulous place to visit. Walking away from the beach, up Pedro Tessante, which is the main street in Sassua, you've got the Jolly Roger where all the expatriates meet, and directly across the road you have the Make It Happen Tours with Eddie. He'll take you on a day trip anywhere you want to go. Fabulous. As we walk up through Sosua, the main street has restaurants, bars, anything you want to buy. Usually it's fairly easy to get. The Red Elephant is a really good place to eat ethnic food, Chinese food, great. And of course you can hear the motor taxis, 50 pesos anywhere in Sosua during the day and 100 pesos at night. Very convenient. It's a great place to live and to visit. About halfway up Pedra Clifante, you have the two Chinese stores where you can buy just about anything, really good price. They're like the dollar stores, but you can get a lot more for your money. Two, one opposite the other. Great bargains. Keep walking away from the beach and you will find the Banco Santa Cruz on your right, and on your left, the Banreservas. Two banks opposite each other. Keep going to the road and you will see the liquor store on the corner here, great liquor store. Turn left into Calle Ayuntamiento, which means the road that the town hall is on. That's exactly where my beautiful apartments are. Come along and have a look. You're welcome to join us anytime. Go ahead and book in. We'd love to see you here.
