Hello everyone! Hello everybody, my name is Dr. Yvonne Oswald Oswald Oswald. I'm a clinical hypnotherapist. I have my PhD in clinical hypnosis. And I've been doing this work for about, gosh, 20 years or so, I'll admit to. The average child hears 150,000 nos before they're 2 years old. So, you know, it's really huge. They did a study in America, and what happened is they put tape recorders on 2-year-olds that were in a crèche and listened to how many times the teachers actually said no to them. And it was just about all day. So we have those tapes playing in our heads over and over again, "No, you can't." We're not allowed to be free in ourselves. You will be amazed at how many low energy words you use. It's really phenomenal. As a result of that, I started writing, and I wrote my book, "Every Word Has Power." I worked out how the unconscious mind perceived energy words, and words, the keywords, are the only thing that the unconscious mind actually perceives. It gets those keywords and does a word search. It's like a quantum internet. So if you key "fairies" into the internet, What are you going to get back? Millions of sites on fairies. Do fairies exist? Who knows? However, the internet has it stored as a reality. The same way as your unconscious mind works, exactly. So if you key in "good," what are you going to get back? Lots of sites on good things. If you key in "not bad," what are you going to get sites on? Bad things, actually, because the unconscious mind doesn't hear the "not." It doesn't hear the "no." So if I say to you, "Don't think of a pink elephant climbing a tree," with a hat on waving at you. Don't think about that at all. Where does your head go? Straight there. Lots of parents say, "Don't touch that," and the child hears "touch," so it touches. It's like, "Don't touch that," and the child touches it. It's like, "Hello, you're telling me to touch it." And people don't realize what they're actually saying.
