Good morning, everyone.
Good morning.
Thank you.
My name is Yvonne Oswald, and I'm here to teach you today how to utilize your time more. This is not about how to make so much time that you can get more stuff done in the day. This is about freeing up your life. Who would like that? Who would like to have some more time for you as opposed to more time to work? I'm also going to teach you today how to work with your unconscious mind. I'm going to introduce you to the you who's really you, the magic genie in the lamp that you can access at any time you want and you have everything you want to get from that. Beautiful gene. Who would like that? Who would also like to be able to release a negative emotion in less than a minute? Nobody would like to do that? Would you like to release a negative emotion in less than a minute?
Yes!
You need to watch really carefully with this one because it's a really interesting trick I'm going to teach you. Okay, so the correct response is this. First of all, we need to bow a little bit. So you count out. So you do a little, almost little bow. One foot in front of the other. You stay in your power center. So find that belly button, and then 3 fingers— everybody find your belly button?
Yes.
Cool. So you have to breathe in. 3 fingers below your belly button is your power center. So that's just a quick check-in to make sure that you're balanced. As soon as you check in there, if you're nervous on the phone or you're not feeling good, just checking in with this center here is a really good thing. So all you have to do is think about it and it balances you immediately. Nice little quick trick. So as you're checking on your power center, you lean forward and you do a little eyebrow flick.
I'm going to show you the eyebrow flick. You see that?
This is the most important part of communication. You have no idea how important this is. And then that will open your eyes and it makes your pupils dilate and says I'm friendly. And then you're going to show as many of your teeth as you can.
Okay?
So in slow motion it's like this. And in fast motion it's like this: Hi Tom, I'm Yvonne Oswald, how are you doing?
Right?
So go ahead and do that one, remember the eyebrow thing.
Okay, there we go.
So the meaning of communication is the response you get. You are responsible for your communication. Who's ever said, "He didn't understand me," or "She didn't understand me"? Yeah, well, guess what? You didn't make yourself clear enough. It's really simple. You take it all back home. The good news is it's all about you. The not good news is it's all about you. So really what we're going to do is teach you that if you're accountable for everything, or assume you're accountable for everything, then it actually makes you a lot more in control of your life.
