Hello and welcome. This is Dr. Yvonne Oswald Oswald with Every Word Has Power. What we're going to do today is teach you how to give yourself some advice. Because your unconscious mind has all the answers that you ever needed. You already know the answers. How do you access that? A very, very simple visualization will take you there. So I'd like you to think about the question you want to ask, the decision you have to make, and then simply allow yourself to close your eyes and visualize yourself, or imagine yourself, walking up a hillside and walking up some steps to the most beautiful temple gleaming white in the morning sun. Go ahead and count the steps that lead up to the temple. And as you observe the doors of the temple, are they thick? Are they thin? Are they wood? Are they metal? Are they ornate or are they plain? And as you go up to those doors, you'll find on the right-hand side a key. Take the key and have a look at the key. Is it gold? Is it silver? Is it black? Is it gray? What kind of a key is it? A small key, a big key? Go ahead and open that door with the key, and you'll find it opens easily. And as you walk in, I want you to find the most beautiful temple and inside you can see marble. You can see the most wonderful light coming down through the ceiling, wonderful stained glass windows all around with gorgeous sunlight coming in. It just feels like you can breathe in here. And as you walk in, you will find a brother or a sister of light, an angel, standing in the center of the room right where that light comes in. And that angel is looking at you with unconditional love and joy. And as you walk forward to meet that angel, you may find out whether it's a male or a female, and you might want to ask him his name or her name. What's the name of your angel? That's right, go ahead and follow the angel as he or she takes you to some rooms, to some doors at the back of the temple. And you'll find different colors on the door. There are 7 different colors. There's red, there's orange, there's yellow, there's green, there's blue, and there's indigo and violet or white. Go ahead and choose one of the colors of the doors. As you go into that room, you'll find a desk sitting in front of you with a book on it, and you'll find all the shelves all around you full of beautiful books. Go ahead and take that book and open the page. And as you open the page, the question will be written there for you on the first page. Find your angel, go and sit down on the other side of the desk and find him actually taking the book from you. And he's going to open the next page and write down the answer for you. And you take the book and get the answer. That's very interesting. Give it him back, and I want you to ask what date it will be. Go ahead and write, "What date will this be? When will it occur? When will I get the solution?" He'll write the date down and the year, the exact date and year. Go ahead and take the book back and read it. That's when your solution will come. That's when the answer will be there. Very, very simple, isn't it? And as you stand up and walk out of that room with him or her, and that angel is going to take you right to the front of the temple. Hug the angel, thank them for their unconditional love and security, and find yourself going down the steps back into your very own room and open your eyes. How many steps did you take to get up to the temple? Because that's how connected you are to your spirituality. How thick or how thin were the doors? They should be just reasonable doors. If they're very thick, it means you're protecting yourself a little too much, so slim up the doors next time. The key— we want the key to be around this big and gold because this is your ego. If you've got a tiny key, you need to make the key bigger. If it's dull, you want to shine it up with a cloth next time you go in. That's a wonderful way to do that. And inside your temple are only people who you invite. This is your sacred space inside you. This is the most beautiful space. This is time to actually go into your own space, into your own mind. You have the answers and the angel is a reflection of you. This is your guide who will be with you your whole life.
