Hello and welcome. This is Dr. Yvonne Oswald Oswald Oswald with Every Word Has Power. Today we're talking about grieving. And grieving happens when you actually have the loss of a loved one or have a relationship that doesn't work out and there's something left incomplete. What if I could have said this? What if I could have said that? I wish I had, I wish I'd known. And there's anger and of course you've got all the stages of grieving and then finally you come to an acceptance. And sometimes it doesn't always go away. So I want to work with you today to find someone you have not had completion with, and we're going to actually teach you how to complete, how to feel good inside, and how to get back to that sense of balance again. I'd like you to think of the person, whether it's someone who you've loved—mother, father, child, relationship, one that didn't work out—that you didn't have your final say with. Think of that person, and I'd like you to find yourself walking on the most beautiful, beautiful beach leading up to a wonderful hill. And as you follow the road up the hill, you come to some steps, go up to the most beautiful temple. It's a gleaming white in the morning sun. It's a beautiful, beautiful white building. As you walk up to the doorways, you'll find the doors are ready to open. Take the key from the side of the door, open it, and walk into the temple. Inside the temple is the most beautiful light. You can hear waterfall, you can hear water somewhere in the background, the tinkling of water. You can smell the fresh breeze coming through the open windows. You can see the beautiful, beautiful stained glass windows and the sunlight just dappling through. There's a feeling of peace and safety here. And right in the center of the temple is your guide, your angel. Go ahead and walk up to the angel. Maybe you've met them before, maybe you're just meeting them for the first time. As you look at that angel, you'll see a face so beautiful, so harmonic, so accepting and loving of you that you absolutely feel safe and loved. Ask the angel what his or her name is. If you don't know the name, the first name that comes into your head is— that's right, that one. And as you stand there with the angel, become aware that something different is happening. There's a door that opens at the back of the temple, and walking through the door is the person who you came here to see and visit. They look different because this is their higher self in robes, in light, in colors and form. As they walk towards you, you see their face smiling and happy to see you. And as you approach them, or they approach you, you can stand in front of them and say, "Why?" Or ask them a question you need to ask. What question do you need to ask this person right now? That's right. And as you ask that question, find out what they answer. The first thing that comes into your head is— and they're going to ask you a question. As they ask you the question, go ahead and think, what's your response? And as you hug that person and really feel them in your heart again and in your arms again, As you get closure on this right now, and as you release yourself from that hug, observe the other person give you a gift. And as you open that gift out, find out what's inside. What does that represent to you? That's right. If you can't think of a gift, the first thing that comes into your head is— and then I'd like you to give them a gift. And as that person opens the gift, go ahead and look what's inside. And what does that represent to you? That's right. And as you both embrace and look into each other's eyes and really hold the person, realize that this is exactly what you needed to know, that they're there still waiting for you. Being with you. And as you wave goodbye to the person, you'll find that as they reach the door, they'll find their own angel, the guide who's been guiding them, waiting for them. And as you watch them go away through the door and the door closes behind them into the most beautiful garden, wave goodbye. And as they hug and kiss you goodbye, you'll see them happy and smiling and free, and you'll feel your heart expand into freedom yourself. Go ahead and embrace your angel, say goodbye, and go down the steps out of the temple back to the beach. And as you sit down on the sand, feel the sense of total oneness as you look out over the water and see the beautiful horizon and feel one with God, one with life, and one with light. Thank you so much for joining me. Pass this along to anybody you know who needs some help. Lovely to be with you. Go to my website globalwelcome.com or email me at yvonne@globalwelcome.com.
