In this informal vlog, Elijah Bryant and teammates document their trip to Munich for a EuroLeague game against Bayern Munich. The video opens with a discussion of universal pre‑game jitters, emphasizing that even legends like LeBron James feel them. The group shares personal rituals to manage anxiety—consistent eating, napping, stretching, film review, and tape work—while highlighting the importance of routine. A brief hotel tour showcases their VIP suite, a mysterious heat lamp, and a view of the beach from the Royal Beach hotel. Elijah mentions dealing with a mild tendinitis and receiving treatment. A teammate recounts a summer‑league experience where confidence waned after being benched, reinforcing the message that hard work leads to results. The vlog captures pre‑game preparations: shoot‑around, nap, and meals, interspersed with light banter and “family channel” jokes. Elijah also explains listening to church music for perspective, reminding viewers that many face far greater challenges. After the game, the team reflects on a loss, acknowledging sub‑par performance, the need to study film, and moving forward. The video ends with a final appreciation of the hotel view and a sign‑off encouraging viewers to learn from the experience.

No matter who you are, you're gonna have pregame jitters. I don't care if you're LeBron, I don't care if you're Michael Jordan, you have pregame jitters. And if you say you don't, you're lying.
Elijah Bryant dazzling dribble dancing. We'll do the dance. Ta-ti-ta-ta-ti-ti-ta-ta-ta-ta. No?
Your turn to say prayers, bubs. Go, put your arms, put your arms.
What up guys, we meet again.
On this episode, or this vlog, we are heading to Byron Munich to play Bayern Munich.
Today I wanted to talk about how to deal with like pregame butterflies, pregame stress, pregame whatever, because everyone goes through it. I don't care what level you're at, you have butterflies, or you have—
at least I do. Shoot, I think everyone goes through it.
One of you guys asked me, what's a ritual?
What do you do to do that? So let's get into it.
Morning, good morning, good morning. Why are you wearing Jell-O's cutoff?
This isn't Jell-O.
Go ahead, John. Let me see your muscles.
John, let me see your muscles. John, let me see your muscles.
I'm talking to Joe, not Jello.
Come on, this is family channel. So who's cleaning all this up?
John?
It's a mess, bro.
Addicted, addicted. All right, so this is the room.
VIP master suite. Bed, shower. Your boy, let's see the view. Decent.
Where's Bluey? All right, so as you know, we made it to Munich, Germany, and I was just doing my stretches because I'm dealing with a little bit of tendinitis, but I found something that's really weird. What is this?
Seems like a heat lamp.
Never seen this before.
I've been watching The Night Stalker and this just has me I'm scared.
All right, so another thing, quick story time. I was playing summer league with the Bucks last year, and I was starting the first 2 games, and then I ended up getting benched. Not for how I was playing, but I started to lose maybe a little bit of confidence, like, oh, you know, thinking, why am I not playing? All this stuff. Well, my teammates came up to me and said, hey, it's already written, so don't stress. Exactly. So like with the pregame jitters, everything's already written. If you put in the work, then everything's going to come to fruition that you put in, right?
So got to have it cold in here.
What's up guys, good morning. Today's game day. We're about to head to shootaround, then you know the deal, come back, take a nap, all that good, good stuff.
I'm a little tired.
Whoa, whoa, T.S., put a shirt on, please.
Too swole. Shirt, shirt, please.
This is a family channel. It's a family channel.
Family channel.
You got twice?
No, I got Just got back from the gym.
Now I'm about to get some treatment.
Game ready time.
Say hi.
Hi.
Another thing I like to do for my pregame jitters is I want to eat at the same time, I want to nap at the same time, same pre game stretch. Watch my pre game film while getting taped. Keep it all routine to give a sense of flow so you're not like, oh, what should I do? What should I do? This, because during that time, you're kind of anxious, nervous. So keep everything a routine, you know, what time you get to the gym, what do you eat at the gym, what are you thinking about when you get to the gym, that type of stuff. But honestly, no matter who you are, you're gonna have pregame jitters. I don't care if you're LeBron, I don't care if you're Michael Jordan, you have pregame jitters. And if you say you don't, you're lying. But now let's go get some food. So it's funny, this video is actually about pregame jitters when I'm actually about to head to the game, and you start to get the pregame jitters. As you heard, I was listening to my church music, and one of the reasons I do that is it just gives me perspective on life. And like I said, like, this is a basketball game. There's people dealing with way more serious things than this, and it gives me perspective. So I'm gonna head to the game. We'll talk about it later.
Obviously you saw we lost. I didn't play my best game, to say the least.
But I mean, I'm not gonna just show all the good on this. So, I mean, it's—
I didn't play good.
I mean, what can I say? I'm gonna learn from it, watch film, move on. And yeah, that's all you can do is learn from it and not harp on it. But we had to a lot today too.
But it's really a game.
Sucks though. Sucks.
Like, you know how it is, basketball players.
Yeah, okay, anyways, sucks. Okay, so this is the room.
I'm about to take a shower. So how cool is this? You have a shower and then the view to the, the beach. Staying at the Royal Beach, super nice hotel. And your boy used to live used to live over there somewhere. That's where I used to live. That's where it all started. It's crazy. What's this place? Super peaceful. To— I'm about to go to practice. We play tomorrow against a lot, and yeah, I mean, learn from the film, all that stuff, and move on, right? I don't know if I'll ever get over this view. This view is ridiculous. But thanks for watching, guys. Hope you guys learned something.
