In this 2025 vlog, NBA player Elijah Bryant takes viewers on a behind‑the‑scenes tour of Valencia’s brand‑new Roig (Roche) Arena, one of Europe’s most expensive and high‑tech basketball venues. He showcases the arena’s luxury amenities, weight rooms, practice facilities, and compares them to top NBA and European arenas. Throughout the visit he shares his personal health regimen—MassZymes, vitamins, and pre‑hab routines—explains why he prioritises longevity, and reviews a farm‑to‑table meal at Honest Greens. Bryant also ranks his top three European arenas based on newness, facilities, and his own experience, and provides live EuroLeague game commentary with play‑by‑play highlights. The vlog mixes on‑court action, personal reflections on travel fatigue and packing, and a promise to reveal two things he did well and one he could improve after the game. The overall narrative blends arena architecture, athlete wellness, food culture, and competitive basketball insights.

All right, so currently we are in Valencia, and Valencia is home to one of the newest arenas in Europe, the Roig Arena, that just got finished. $400 million and I'm going to compare it to some of my favorite arenas— NBA, Europe. So stick around to see if ROY Arena even compares to something like the Milwaukee Bucks Arena.
Raise your arms.
Good boy.
Hey, good boy.
What is this called? If you don't know, you haven't been watching the video, so you don't even deserve to know about this.
Huh?
Just some quick glucose. Easy to digest. I got this place called Honest Greens. It's supposed to be farm-to-table, healthy. It's way too late for me to be eating, but I am starving. Eat real, Honest Greens. Let's see what the vibes are like. Whoa, this looks amazing. Steak chimichurri, some chicken, smashed potatoes with aioli sauce, chili lime rice, bread. Chocolate chip cookie, chocolate chip cookie banana bread. But first, before we feast, we pray. Bro, this looks amazing. I'm not even trying to hype right now. Everything I've eaten so far, 10 out of 10.
Mm.
Feels like we've been here for like literally too long. So when I eat super late, I try to take these things that help me digest my food faster. They're called MassZymes. So when it comes to arenas in Europe, I'm just ranking them based on what I've seen and how I feel. Zalgiris, Efes— in terms of newness, facilities, Efes is up there, the big weight room. Zalgiris is up there, the practice facility. The Roi Garina, we haven't practiced there yet. We've been there— been here 2 days. We've been practicing in the old gym. But I think it should be top 3. So that would be my top 3. And I think— stay till the end because I'm gonna actually see the Rogue Arena today for shootaround before our game. But just seeing the gym and knowing they have a practice facility there already puts it very high. A lot of people ask why I do all this stuff, like to stay healthy and ready for games and prehab, all that stuff. Okay, yeah, it helps you with my job right now, but I want to feel good when I'm done. I don't want to be walking around aching, hurt. I want to feel great, you know what I mean? I want to play with the kids, be on the farm, run around. This is why I do all this. Take all the vitamins. Longevity. What's the best arena in Europe?
Move it.
I would say Valencia. But the way they treating their seniors is crazy, so I'm not going to say what. I know this is going to be a lot to ask, but during this ground zero, you can get a shot from like up there down on the floor. How much you pay for me? It is time to go, and we are leaving right after the game, so I had to pack all up, which I absolutely hate. I hate packing and heading to a game because I have to wake up a little bit early, I nap a little bit less, but that's life. Remember, stay till the end because we're gonna do 2 to 1. 2 things I did well, 1 thing I could have worked on from the game.
Welcome to round 4 in the EuroLeague, and we are in southern Spain and this brand new facility, the Roche Arena, the home of Valencia Basket. Underway then. And this is the pass. There's another one. Bryant's wide open wing 3 incoming. See you later. Pile up some points, Elijah Bryant says. That's a good idea. Bryant with a nice bounce pass on Toru, which is where he does his work. Gets it back down to 5 points. Motley draws a double team, gets it back to Bryant.
Bryant up to the line.
It's Botley, draws a double team, gets it back to Bryant. Bryant, the seam opens up nicely for him. Elijah Bryant, field goals 2 for 2 and now 3 for 3 from the stripe. Ed Wainwright sends it into the corner where Bryant will go to work, and it was with the little chip. In fact, the O was the intent ended target, but Taylor just lands it straight on a plate for Elijah Bryant, who can't finish. Bryant, Bryant's going to have a look. Bryant's going to sink one as well. It's another beauty from Elijah Bryant. Reavers tries to send it. Elijah Bryant has been having some fun with his steals tonight. Will Bryant take this himself, or he runs into a huge orange crush. Elijah Bryant pops up, right place, right time.
All right, made it to the hotel in Paris.
It is 4:43 in the morning, and I'm gonna give you my top 3 stadiums. Number 1, Andújar. Number 2, Rorik Arena. And number 3, Zagiris. Don't forget to have faith in consistency and also understand that it's gonna be good and bad days. If you want to see what happens in this Paris vlog, watch that video here because I'm about to get this.
