Elijah Bryant lived at a Hyatt Place in Milwaukee while playing for the Bucks, then moved his stuff to the practice facility when the team traveled to save money. After the Finals run, he upgraded to a suite with a kitchen.
I first got to Milwaukee, I stayed in the HP. The HP is better known as the Hyatt Place. The reason I called it the HP is because the people there took such great care of me. We became like family. I ended up staying there the whole time I was in Milwaukee. And the crazy part about it is, is that I'm so cheap that we went to Miami for a few days. I would take my stuff out of the hotel and I would move it into the practice facility so I wasn't paying days I wasn't there. I wasn't sleeping there, so why am I paying? I will say this though, you know, we made it to the finals, I upgraded. I upgraded to the suite, had me a little kitchen. I was living.
