In this informal vlog, EuroLeague player Elijah Bryant walks viewers through a typical off‑season day. He begins by detailing his morning supplement stack, which includes Ancestral Subs, olive leaf extract, Bulletproof Greens, electrolyte powder, creatine, amino acids, cholesterol, colostrum, Mitopure, magnesium, Vitamin C/Zinc, and a Seed probiotic. He then drives his wife’s Subaru Impreza to a basketball training facility, sharing a light‑hearted anecdote about being laughed at by a landscaper. After a brief basketball workout, he explains his hydration system: three distinct bottles (a large Yeti gallon, a Takeya 64‑oz sport bottle, and a smaller Owala‑style bottle) filled with Dr. Bronner’s electrolyte powder, cacao‑based fat, and other additives to stay “on point” as a heavy, salty sweater. He promises a deeper discussion of his hydration at home, mentions his bedtime routine, and ends the video with birthday shout‑outs to his dog Bluey and his dad. The tone is conversational, enthusiastic, and personal, offering insight into the athlete’s daily regimen, product preferences, and lifestyle quirks.

Knocks down his second triple. Baseline was open, he kicked it. Good morning guys, so I'm gonna take you guys today in kind of like an offseason day in the life type of vibe. First things first, I usually start with some subs. So it's usually Ancestral Subs. I take this, uh, take olive leaf extract. This is for sleep. It's for after the workout. I need to pack this. Then I have some Bulletproof Greens, electrolyte powder, creatine, aminos, cholesterol, a lot of good stuff. Just Ingredients is my— some of my protein stuff I take, but Follow me. All right, we're off to the first workout. Yes, I'm driving my wife's little Subaru Impreza because gas is not cheap. I just need to get to where I'm going. I don't care that I pull up in the little blueberry Impreza. I look like Mr. Incredible's driving this little car because it's so small. Like, literally someone came up and— I came up, I pulled in to go to my basketball workout, and the landscaping guy started laughing at me. Exactly. I know, embarrassing, but who cares. You cannot tell me it's not one of the best views leaving a practice facility. Come on, this joint goes crazy. I carry this around all around the world. Let's see if it works, if they still got love for the boy. I might be on to something. What up, Slim? This is what this guy calls work, man. Yo, yo. So if you guys are new here, obviously I went to BYU and I had to go say what's up to the peeps. Now I'm about to do my basketball workout and, uh, finish this day off strong. You guys just saw me finish my basketball training up. And I want to talk about my hydration a little bit later when I get home. So I go around with this big guy, the Yeti, because it's the biggest one they have that keeps my water cold and stuff, and it's super nice. I have this for the smoothies, Owala Yeti. It has a little magnet thing on top. I'll show you guys later. Then I have another one at home that I need to drink before I go to bed, which is Takeya, which is solid. So I have 3 different water bottles that I use throughout the day to make sure that my hydration stays on point. And you're probably asking yourself— well, you're not asking yourself— why do you drink so many liquids, water, whatever? Well, for me, not only am I a heavy sweater, but I'm a heavy salty sweater. I know, disgusting, but it is what it is. There's some benefits to it if you're in a cold gym, you know, but we'll talk about it more when I get home because I need to drive and be safe and not hit anybody. Peace and love. All right, so this is the Takeya Sport, 64 ounces. It's perfect. I put— wait, I do this. Dr. Bronner's electrolyte powder with some ice. Literally tastes just like Gatorade. This is actually cacao. It's a great fat. So in the morning I'll eat it. Just like this. Not the best session, but— This, like I was saying, is my Yeti bottle. That's a gallon, so— And what this has in it is everything. Dr. Bronner's, essential aminos, Bulletproof Greens. Creatine, colostrum, and, um, Mitopure, which is this guy, which is for mitochondria health. But these are pretty much all the subs I take. This is for sleep, magnesium before dinner. This supplement is fire. I love it because it's like when you're throwing your throat, you just pop one of these and it's gone. It has Vitamin C and zinc. Um, this sleep supplement's fire from Kion. If you guys have any questions about the supplements I take, ask me. I'll tell you what I know. This Seed probiotic, fire. Great gut health. But other than that, I think that's pretty much a day besides me gonna hop on the game right here. Rapid review. Whose birthday is it? Daddy! Bluey! Happy birthday, Bluey! Happy birthday, Dad!
