Teaching Blu the fundamentals of Basketball 🏀 #elijahbryant #basketball #overseasbasketball
In this brief instructional video, Elijah Bryant (Speaker A) demonstrates a hand‑placement drill for basketball shooting, using the memorable cue “cookie jar.” He repeatedly guides the learner, Blu, through the motion of inserting the hand into the “cookie jar” position, emphasizing wrist alignment, hand depth, and consistent repetition. The coach provides visual cues (“look, look, look”), physical adjustments (“come closer,” “your wrist”), and immediate feedback (“perfect,” “better”) while encouraging Blu to repeat the movement multiple times and even capture a photo of the improved form. The clip showcases a hands‑on, cue‑driven teaching style aimed at ingraining proper shooting fundamentals through repetition and clear verbal prompts.
