In this YouTube video, the host (identified as Speaker A) shares his three‑year experience using red‑light therapy to accelerate recovery from ankle sprains and other athletic aches, explaining the mitochondrial mechanism and citing a PubMed study on Chinese female athletes that reported improved sleep, melatonin, and performance. He reviews several red‑light device brands—EMRTEC, Juve, and Connexion—detailing durability, portability, and modality options, and promises a deeper review. Interwoven with the recovery discussion is a promotion for his free "Building Bulletproof Confidence – Mastering Basketball" online course, positioned as a tool to boost on‑court confidence. The video then transitions to live EuroLeague commentary of a game featuring Baskonia, with repeated play‑by‑play focus on Elijah Bryant’s scoring, rebounds, and defensive actions, as well as brief reflections on the team’s dynamics and the host’s own post‑game self‑assessment (what he did well, what to improve). The content blends health‑tech advice, personal branding, and sports broadcasting.

Over the past few years, red light has been a staple when it comes to recovery, injury prevention, or helping me get back from ankle sprain or something. So one of the main things I noticed when using red light therapy with the sprained ankle is that I recovered 10 times faster. And it's not some hocus-pocus stuff, it's actually science. The red light jolts the mitochondria, which is your energy, and makes it speed up and recover faster. So that is the number one use case that I I've seen and used it for, but there are many other cases you can use it for as an athlete. Even the Manchester City guy Haaland uses it for simulating sunlight in a very, very dark area where he lives. So red light can be used for, like I said, a lot of things. Your hair. My wife uses it for her face. I use it specifically for recovering, you know, if I have some aches and sores on my knees or my ankles to speed up the process. Specifically for me and what I use red light for over these past 3 years, like I said, has been for rehab, right? So what does it look like? I roll my ankle at practice, I roll my ankle in a game. The first thing that comes to my mind is red light, Compex, and strengthening exercises.
Now, like I said, red light is a tool.
It won't replace doing your ankle exercises to get your ankle back strong, but it's a tool to speed up the process. And if you don't know by now, time is the most valuable resource, not only in this world, but on the court. You need to be on the court playing and practicing in order to impact winning. Before we get to Baskonia, who we're playing today, who is a very dangerous team, there's many models out there, there's many types of products of going on your knee. Can be a small panel like this, and at the end I'll tell you exactly what model I have and why I chose this model and the other options out there for you. But let's go watch some film. When it comes to Baskonia, obviously a dangerous team. They have a bunch of dangerous scorers like Marcus Howard, who's coming back from injury, who can shoot from literally anywhere. TLC, who's playing really well with a bunch of confidence this year, and they play well together as a team. Just speaking about TLC is, as you know, the game is full of confidence. Last year, or even when he was in Milan, not playing so well, maybe in his role, but now he's freaking killing. I think he's like the second leading scorer in EuroLeague. So confidence is a big aspect to being successful on the court. And don't get me wrong, confidence goes ups and downs for every player in the world, and if they say it doesn't, they're lying. So I put together what I think can help you with confidence, and it's free. You just gotta enter your email and I'll send it to you, but hopefully it'll help you be more impactful on the basketball court. Welcome to Building Bulletproof Confidence Mastering Basketball. In this online course, I'll be your guide to unlocking the secrets of bulletproof confidence on and off the basketball court. So like I said before, the point of watching this— I know most of their tendencies, obviously. I was— I have to watch Diallo. We actually had a pre-draft workout in Brooklyn together. Super athletic, um, wants to drive. Here he is right here. And I'm watching this full game, start of the game, to see what are their first actions, what are the vibes of the game, how do they play, are they attacking the first action, are they going to the second side, you know, just kind of get a feel of the team because every team changes each year. So allows me to take in a little bit more data but not overanalyze, allow me to play more assertive. So there was actually a study published on PubMed that 14 female athletes located in China did red light for 14 days, and they found that it increased their sleep, increased their melatonin, and increased their athletic performance. So maybe try the red light out.
Good evening and a very warm welcome to round 10 of this year's EuroLeague regular season. Underway then. Diop wins the tip and we'll get it back to Kobe Simmons. Bryant, Bryant goes for the jumper. Elijah Bryant into Howard, will kick it over. Spagnolo rims out.
Bryant The legs down. Set back out. Bryant will take the jumper.
On the bench, Bryant. Oh, almost had it stripped. The person didn't know it. Kobe Simmons was ready. 3 of 3 from the field. 3 assists, 3 rebounds.
Micić, Bryant lurking in the corner and drains another.
Simmons will attack, send it through, Elijah Bryant's there to stop it. Mwabu Kabero gets the block, the 7 see if we make any kind of stops at all as Tapwell moves to 71 points. Trying to get breath back in his body.
There goes Elijah Bryant again. Elijah Bryant, everybody covered, so he'll have to take it himself, and it's not going to go to Bryant.
Bryant with a lovely move. Oh wow! Wow, that is just outstanding from Elijah Bryant. Bryant for 20 points. There it is, pour it on here. Bryant again, Bryant again, too good. Elijah Bryant, last round against Dubai, only to miss a late free throw. I'm sure he's forgotten how much he established in the last round, a 36.
Antonio Blakeney, time out. Basconia. Howard will take one on.
Offensive rebound is collected, and that is the end of that. Spare a thought for Basconia tonight, well down. When you let these guys go out and have their fun. No surprise there that Elijah Bryant won the fan favorite vote. The only question is, where did the other 21% go?
Okay, so we got the win, and if you're wondering why I'm being quiet, it's because it's late at night and my family's sleeping. The thing I was going to tell you about the red light is is there's multiple brands, multiple products that you can choose from. Like I said before, I have the EMRTEC. It's very durable but not necessarily the easiest to travel with. There's a brand called Juve that's really good. The one that I really like that I'm gonna try in another video is called Connexion, and it can wrap around your knee, it can wrap around your arm, and it has like 3 different modalities that is easier to travel with. So that would be the one I recommend most, but I'll give it further review once I try it. Now for the game, 2-1. 2 things I did well, 1 thing I can work on. Rebounded well, hit some shots, and there's some plays where I could have made a better decision. I turned the ball over and gotta get in better shape, man. I was tired a little bit, but as you know, faith plus consistency.
