The speaker favors inbound systems—lead magnets and processes that attract interested prospects—so clients self-identify, making closing and filtering easier. The content is advisory, aimed at helping businesses set up inbound lead systems.

I don't think anyone really likes cold calling. I hate cold calling. I hate cold outreach. I didn't grow my businesses doing that. So there's two main ways to get clients right? So you either do inbound or you do outbound. And I prefer inbound because that's where you set up a system where people are raising their hand and saying, hey, I'm interested in talking with you and working with you. And then the intent is there. So they're reaching out to you as opposed to you reaching out to them, which makes it easier for them for you to be able to close them and then turn them into a client. So what I would do is set up some sort of inbound system. So come up with a lead magnet, come up with some sort of inbound, like system. That's what we help our clients with, obviously, is like setting up inbound system, setting up an actual system, bring them more people so then they can just take calls, take the people they want to take, and then not take the calls they don't want to take, and they're able to filter that that way.
