Eric Deeran shows why your follow-up questions matter more than the first answer. When a prospect says no, dig into why: maybe they think you're a scam, never heard of you, or don't know your work. Surface the real blocker and you can fix it.
And by getting deeper into that, we want to press on that issue and just find out a little bit more and dive a couple layers deeper as opposed to just staying surface level and going on to the next question there.
Yeah. And I wanted to say, Eric, is like, I knew in the moment that I. That I wasn't doing that I wasn't diving a little deeper. And so the next call that we have, that's where I kind of want to dive.
Yeah. How do you feel like people who are perceiving you as possibly a scam, like, how do you feel like that could be affecting things right now? Which I know sounds like an obvious question, but you'd want to ask her that so then she can say something like, well, you know, it's really been. It's been tough to get new clients because they don't really trust me. They don't know who I am. They don't really, you know, they don't have any sort of content on me before they get on the phone. So I'm really talking to these people who are kind of cold to me as opposed to talking to warm prospects.
