Short YouTube clip by Eric Deeran advising video-business owners who are stuck at $10K/month that the limiting factor is wearing all hats. He diagnoses the owner as the bottleneck and prescribes hiring/delegation to buy back time and focus on revenue-generating activities. The clip ends with a call-to-action: comment the word "buy" to receive instructions on building a team.
If you're stuck at 10k per month in your video business, it's probably because you're wearing all the hats in your business, which means that the bottleneck is you and the business is never going to grow until you can buy your time back. This means hiring people to take things off your plate so you can focus on revenue generating activities. So if you want to learn how to buy your time back, comment the word buy below. I'll show you how to build a team so you can focus on the things that you're really good at and have other people handle the rest. So comment the word buy below and I'll send that over to you.
