Short YouTube clip by Eric Deeran (Master Filmmaker) advising video-business owners stuck at about $10k/month to stop wearing all hats and hire people to 'buy back' their time. The speaker pitches delegation/team-building so the founder can focus on revenue-generating activities and asks viewers to comment the word “buy” for more guidance.
If you're stuck at 10k per month in your video business, it's probably because you're wearing all the hats in your business, which means that the bottleneck is you and the business is never going to grow until you can buy your time back. This means hiring people to take things off your plate so you can focus on revenue generating activities. So if you want to learn how to buy your time back, comment the word buy below. I'll show you how to build a team so you can focus on the things that you're really good at and have other people handle the rest. So comment the word buy below and I'll send that over to you.
